If you’re a girl who loves fashion & you’ve never heard of NastyGal, I’m going to have to assume you’ve either A) been living under a rock B) been stranded on an island OR C) for whatever freakish reason have no access to internet.  If you have heard of NastyGal then chances are you’ve probably spent a pretty penny… or thousands… on the website.  And you no doubt know that the founder is one badass bitch.  Sophia Amoruso is both CEO & Creative Director of NastyGirl on top of being the founder & now author of the New York Times bestseller, “#GIRLBOSS”.  And on that subject she is more than an expert.

#GIRLBOSS is a much read for any young woman who is pursing any dream.  Seriously.  I really think any young woman would benefit from reading this book.  It’s not a rah rah girl power book, it’s a manifesto.  It’s living proof that anyone can work hard & make any dream come true, regardless of where they’re from or what they’ve been told.  The Universe works in mysterious ways but if you show up, passion first, & hustle your heart out for those big dreams with actions based in honesty & love, you will be rewarded.  And like Sophia repeats over and over again in her book, “If you don’t ask, you don’t know.”  So ask.  Always ask.
