A Busy Day Out (remember those?)

With Covid pushing Bangkok back towards another lockdown, it’s not often I get a busy day out and about but this past week I had one of those perfectly balanced days of work and play.

We started the morning off with a cozy snuggle with Mila and one of her (& mine!) favorite books- “The Wonderful Things You Will Be.”

So far it seems like Mila will be a book lover like her mama and that makes me SO HAPPY.

After a quick breakfast for me and a long leisurely stop at the milkbar for Mila, we changed and headed out to a meeting about our Samui Villa in progress before meeting up with some friends for lunch.

After a nice lunch out at a new cafe in town, we came home for a zoom meeting before one last outfit change for mom and dad for a cheeky “it’s been far too long” date. Since he wouldn’t tell me where we were going I kept it semi casual with these GRLFRND denim jeans and a slightly sexy slinky black Majorelle top. Tying it all together with my favorite pair of Louboutin heels we stepped out for some quality time, just the two of us.
